Frank Reese, 89 of Washington, PA formerly of Bentleyville, PA died Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in Hawthorne Woods, Washington, PA.
He was born November 14, 1925 in Bentleyville, PA a son of the late John and Mary Wisnieski Reese.
Mr. Reese was a graduate of Ellsworth High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
He was a U.S. Army Air Force Veteran serving in WWII in the European Theatre as an Aircraft Mechanic.
With over 30 years of service, Frank was employed as an Engineer at Ingersoll Rand Corporation, Charleroi, PA where he was Manager in Charge of Rebuilding Operations until his retirement in 1985.
He was a lifelong Methodist by faith, a former officer of the Bentleyville American Legion and a longtime member and past President of the Bentleyville Lions Club.
Mr. Reese enjoyed golf, playing the lottery and going to the Meadows Casino.
Surviving is a son, Rick Reese and his fiancé Tricia Gola of Monongahela, PA; one granddaughter, Christianne Marie Reese of Ohio and two sisters, Wanda “Petie” Beckinger of Monongahela, PA and Wilma Manning of Washington, PA.
Deceased in addition to his parents is his wife, Norma Lee Reese who died November 29, 2001; four brothers, John, Albert, Julius and Henry Reese and one sister, Dorothy Bowman.

Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA where services will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Max Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Beallsville Cemetery, Beallsville, PA. Military Rites will be accorded graveside.
