Winifred Agnes Solak

Winifred Agnes Solak, 79, of Ellsworth, Pa. died May 16, 2004 at 5:00pm in the Washington Hospital. She was born May 20, 1924 in Elizabeth(Allegheney Co.) the daughter of the late Edward Crosser and Nora McNulty Mathers. Mrs. Solak was a 1942 graduate of Ellsworth High School. She is survived by one son, Joseph A. Solak, Jr. and his wife Joan of Port Deposit, Md. and one daughter, Karen H. Solak Paluso and her husband Thomas of Charleroi, Pa. Also surviving are one Grandson, Scott Solak, one Granddaughter, Diane Hill, and three great grandchildren. Deceased in addition to her parents are her husband Joseph Solak who died in 1975, one grandson, Brett Thomas Paluso who died June 26, 1988 and one brother, Edward Mathers, Jr. Friends will be received from 2-9pm Wdenesday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St. Bentleyville, where Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 20, 2004 at 11:00am with Rev. Dr. John Garvin officiating. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery. The Family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
