Josephine Virginia Swortchek

Josephine Virginia Swortchek, 96 of Cleveland, OH formerly of Ellsworth, PA died Monday August 6, 2007 in Traditions Care Center, Cleveland. She was born November 12, 1910 in Westmoreland County a daughter of Andrew and Katherine Perchinsky Skrabalok. A homemaker, Mrs. Swortchek was a member of the former St. Joseph R.C.Church, Cokeburg and the the former St. Clements R.C.Church, Ellsworth. Surviving are three daughters – Theresa Temas of Brooklyn, OH, Dolly Tesack of Castle Berry, FL and Patricia Ann Schutt; One son – Joseph Swortchek and his wife Shirley of Grafton, OH; 11 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren. Deceased is her husband – Joseph Swortchek who died March 6, 1971; Son – John Swortchek, who died March 4, 1984; Brother – John Skrabalok; Sister – Helen Crouse; Also deceased are two Sons-in-Law – Peter Temas and Joe Tesack; Daughter-in-Law – Josephine Skrabalok.

Friends will be received on Saturday August 11, 2007 from 8:30am to 9:00am , the hour of a Prayer Service, in the Greenlee Funeral Home 619 Main St. Bentleyville, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30am in the Ave Maria R.C.Church, Bentleyville with Rev. Gary Krummert as celebrant. Interment will be in the Beallsville Cemetery.
