Juanita T. Tiberie

Juanita T. Tiberie, 79 of Cokeburg, PA died Tuesday June 9, 2009 in the Washington County Health Center, after a lengthy illness. She was born September 10, 1929 in Grindstone, PA a daughter of the late Rinaldo and Sarah Zeli Pompei. For over 25 years, Mrs. Tiberie worked as a cook. Most recently she was employed by the former Monoca Lounge in Washington, PA. Juanita enjoyed cooking, baking, bowling, playing cards and crossword puzzles. She was particularly proud of and enjoyed all of her grandchildren. Surviving is one daughter – Jacqueline Cizmek (Robert) of Beallsville, PA; Three sons – Jack Tiberie (Donna) of Palymra, PA, Don Tiberie (Julie) of Mt. Sinai, NY and Dale Tiberie (Colleen) of Scenery Hill, PA; Three sisters – Betty Perri of Eighty Four, PA, Gladys Olson (Mike) of Canonsburg, PA and Bernice D’Stephano (Fred) of Hershey, PA; One brother – Jerome Pompei of Ginger Hill, PA; 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Deceased is a brother John Pompei. At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or service. The family requests Memorial Contributions be made to a charity of ones choice. Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main St. Bentleyville, PA is in charge of arrangements.
