OBITUARY

Richard Paul Koslosky 62, of Bentleyville, PA, died Tuesday, September 4, 2012 in Monongahela Valley Hospital.
He was born March 11, 1950 in Monongahela, PA a son of the late Carl Charles and Mollie Belle Fuller Koslosky.
Mr. Koslosky was a 1968 graduate of Bentworth High School.
Disabled by a mining accident in 1998, he had been employed by the Consolidated Coal Company, Enlow Fork Mine.
He was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler Fan and enjoyed woodworking. His greatest joy was spending time with his twin grandsons, Mikey and Joey.
He was a member of the Independent Club, Lithuanian Club, Polish Club, Eagles Club and the American Legion all of Bentleyville.
Surviving is a daughter, Michelle Rodriguez (Tim) of Bentleyville; two grandsons, Michael and Joseph Rodriguez both of Bentleyville; two brothers, Kenneth Koslosky of Streetsboro, OH and Robert Koslosky (Louise) of Mantua, OH; two sisters, Nancy Cartino (Ralph) and Dorothy Holan both of Niles, OH; many nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to his parents are four brothers, Edward, James William, Donald and Carl Koslosky. 

Friends will be received from 2 to 8 P.M. Friday in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, PA where services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, September 8, 2012 with Rev. Ralph Cartino officiating. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the Greenlee Funeral Home.
