OBITUARY
Helen Guyach Kadash Mon Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church member Helen Guyach Kadash, 89, of Fredericktown, Centerville Borough, formerly of Bentleyville and Ellsworth, died Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in Southmont of Presbyterian SeniorCare, Washington, where she had resided for the last three years. She was born November 24, 1921, in Bentleyville, a daughter of the late Matt and Doris Urcic Grachen. For more than 20 years, she was a member of Mon Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church in Belle Vernon. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and helping her children and family in any way she could. Surviving are two sons, Nick Guyach Jr. (Betty) of Centerville and Gary Guyach (Marilyn) of Scenery Hill; a daughter, Barbara Ann Payne (June) of Phillipi, W.Va.; seven grandchildren, Nick M. Guyach, Steven Guyach, Denise Puskarich, Nicole Desiomone, Darcy Ashby, Zachary Guyach and Siobhan Guyach; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her first husband, Nick Guyach Sr.; her second husband, Walter Larry Kadash; three brothers, John, Matt and George Grachen; and a sister, Mary Burcin. Friends will be received from noon to 3 p.m., the time of service, Friday, September 23, in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, with Pastor Robert Williams officiating. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mon Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, 210 Henry Street, Belle Vernon, PA 15012.
